By signing this agreement, authors confirm that their submission is original, has not been published elsewhere, and does not infringe on the rights of others.

Key Aspects of the Agreement

  1. Originality & Ethical Compliance:
    Authors declare that their work is original, free from plagiarism, and does not contain defamatory or unlawful content.
  2. Copyright Transfer:
    Upon acceptance, all copyright is assigned to IHRN, allowing the journal exclusive rights to publish, distribute, and archive the work in any format.
  3. Author Responsibilities:
    Authors confirm they have obtained all necessary permissions for copyrighted material and have sought approval from their institution, employer, or research committee if required.
  4. Co-Author Consent:
    In multi-authored papers, the corresponding author ensures that all co-authors have agreed to the publication and copyright terms.
  5. Editorial Rights:
    The journal retains the right to edit and format the article for publication suitability.
  6. No Liability & Indemnification:
    Authors accept full responsibility for any claims arising from copyright breaches and agree to indemnify IHRN against legal actions.
  7. No Refund Policy:
    In case of article rejection by institutions or indexing databases, authors cannot seek refunds or legal recourse against IHRN.
  8. Publication Rights & Removal Clause:
    IHRN holds the right to remove any article in case of proven copyright infringement claims.
