To keep improving our peer review, editorial services, digital preservation, indexing work and global reach, we are introducing a revised Article Publishing Charge (APC) structure.

Effective Date: The new APC applies to all manuscripts submitted on or after January 1, 2027, and to all articles published from Volume 3, Issue 1 onwards. Revised APC Structure

South Asian / SAARC Country Authors

Low-Income Country Authors

Important Notes
  • The APC is charged only after acceptance through peer review. There is no submission fee and no charge for rejected papers.
  • The applicable category is determined by the corresponding author's institutional affiliation and country.
  • Manuscripts submitted before January 1, 2027 will be processed under the current APC policy.
  • The APC covers editorial handling, double-blind peer review, professional typesetting, DOI assignment, online hosting and long-term archiving.
  • Authors facing genuine financial difficulty can contact the editorial office about a possible waiver or discount.
