·      Discounts are not stackable. Authors eligible for more than one category will receive the higher applicable discount.

·      No submission fees, page charges, colour charges, or additional processing fees are levied at any stage.

·      Institutional members qualify for additional discounts. Contact the editorial office for details.

·      Waiver requests must be submitted at the time of manuscript submission by email to the editorial office.

·      Requests are evaluated case-by-case, considering institutional affiliation, country of residence, and stated financial circumstances.

·      Authors from Low-Income or Lower-Middle-Income countries (World Bank classification) are especially encouraged to apply.

·      Waiver decisions are made entirely independently of editorial and peer review decisions. The handling editor is not informed of waiver requests, and waiver status has no bearing on acceptance or rejection.

Refunds are issued in the following cases:

·      The journal withdraws acceptance due to editorial or administrative error on the part of the journal (not author misconduct) — a full refund will be issued.

·      A technical duplicate payment is made — the excess amount will be refunded in full.

Refunds are NOT issued in the following cases:

·      Author-initiated withdrawal after acceptance.

·      Retraction due to author misconduct, data fabrication, or plagiarism.

·      Duplicate submission identified after publication.

1.  Do not make payment before receiving official acceptance confirmation. Payments made prior to acceptance will not be credited.

2.  Articles will be scheduled for publication only after successful payment confirmation is received by the editorial office.

3.  After payment, email your payment proof / transaction screenshot to the editorial office. Include your manuscript ID and title in the subject line.
