Open Access Policy
The International Social Research Nexus (ISRN) is committed to the principle that research should be freely accessible to all. By adopting an Open Access model, we aim to facilitate the global exchange of knowledge and foster greater accessibility for researchers, practitioners, and the public. All content published by ISRN is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license, enabling users to copy, share, and adapt the material for any purpose, provided proper credit is given. Authors are encouraged to self-archive the publisher's version of their accepted articles in institutional and subject-based repositories.

Open Access Model
The International Social Research Nexus (ISRN) operates under the Gold Open Access model, providing free and immediate access to all published content. Authors retain copyright of their work and grant the journal publishing rights under the CC BY 4.0 license.
Article Processing Charges (APCs)
To support Open Access operations, ISRN levies Article Processing Charges (APCs) for accepted articles. These charges cover professional typesetting and online hosting. APCs are competitively priced and reflect the journal’s dedication to high-quality publishing standards.
Waivers and Discounts
Understanding the financial challenges faced by researchers, ISRN offers waivers or discounts to authors from low- and south asian countries. Institutional members also qualify for discounts. Authors may request a waiver or discount during the submission process.
Commitment to Open Access
The International Social Research Nexus (ISRN) is steadfast in its mission to promote Open Access publishing, enabling the unrestricted dissemination of scholarly research. By embracing Open Access, ISRN fosters a more inclusive academic community, encouraging engagement, innovation, and impact across the social sciences.
